Justin Hauber is a celebrated Canadian artist from Saskatchewan, with a decade of experience working with esteemed organizations like Royal Caribbean, Step One Dance Company, Remai Modern, and RWS Global.

Drawing inspiration from his rural experiences and queer identity, Justin’s movement work is deeply rooted in authenticity and story telling.

His experiences performing in over forty countries have not only shaped his craft but also given him a unique outlook on life. As an educator, Justin has taught and mentored dancers worldwide, including at the innovative dance camp, Where We Connect in Saskatchewan. Justin has also been a guest instructor offering workshops and masterclasses in studios across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. He is dedicated to providing support to dancers in a safe and inclusive environment. Justin has also had the privilege of being a featured contemporary dancer at the Remai Arts Centre in Saskatoon during their annual production of LUGO, and WEGO.

Beyond dance, Justin is expanding his practice into multimedia, with a focus on videography, portrait, and lifestyle photography. His work has been published in Prairies North magazine, Again and Then exhibition in Vancouver, and recognized in photo contests across Saskatchewan, leading to inclusions in displays at the legislature building in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Justin is able to bring his knowledge and expertise of the dance industry to dance competitions as an accomplished adjudicator and was honoured to take part in the inaugural season of The Dance Collective in Saskatchewan. Hauber continues to inspire and nurture the next generation of artists while also pursuing new and challenging endeavours.
